This part contributes to seamless gear shifting. A CVT transmission has a variable input "driving" pulley and an output "driven" pulley. These parts are produced in a high speed, highly accurate automated machining line after the material is formed by a hot forge process.

This part transmits the engine power to the oil pump which powers a metal belt. A high level of accuracy is required for the tooth profiles and pressure using advanced precision die technology.

This part transitions gears in the manual transmission application. The pressed fork is directly welded onto a shaft using a ground finish. For the component to have both high levels of precision and rigidity, low distortion weld technology is utilized.

This component is for manual transmission application. The driver's gear selection is transmitted to the shift fork comp in the transmission through a wire.
