Our Atsumitec product development team have achieved non prototype status which eliminates the need for prototype parts and expense by utilizing CAE analysis. We are capable of performing function, strength, and rigidity analysis, along with plastic injection mold material flow analysis. We utilize automobile industry standard advanced CAD systems such as CATIA, V5, and NX . We link the 3D data to a stereo lithograph machine which has the unique ability to create a part with complicated shapes in a short time. We can model the actual part for design verification. Finally, stereo lithographed model receives an exhaustive review by our assembly experts and mold design professionals for improvement opportunities.
Recently, electrical shift levers called "Shift By Wire"(SBW) have been introduced to the market. SBW eliminates the physical connection between the shift lever and the transmission is expected to evolve in the future. The electrical shift movement is detected by a variety of sensors. A high degree of electrical control technology is required for SBW. Atsumitec expects to be at the forefront of SBW technology.
