We support optimal die design as follows:
Configuration-modeling: Modeling taking into consideration the shrinkage rate, processing tolerance and inclination to remove.
Material-flow Analysis: Estimating the injection process, temperature distribution, weld line position and remaining gas position.
In die design, we generate a complex layout using 3D solid model system, as well as a process to make NC data for processing with easy instructions in 3DNC programming.
In NC verification, hitch-free data processing is accomplished by analyzing a comparison between die design data and NC programming. As for DNC systems, we achieve operatorless processing by controlling several processing machines. Once processing is complete, the die is finished by molding the surfaces, then assembling and checking with the die spotting press machine.





CAD/CAM
The data conversion among CAD/CAM/CAE is processed with a direct interface, and has realized ideal data creation in a short time by using solid modeler respectively.
Wire-cutting
Consistent, highly precise processing is performed by linkage with a CAM system without operators by using two kinds of wires and maintaining ideal conditions for each material's kind as well as board thickness.


Machining Center
Here, the following operations and means of processing were attained.
• High-speed, highly precise processing of complex forms.
• Data transmission stabilized at high speed via LAN connection.
• Operatorless processing by remote control from DNC systems.
Further, we have been able to realize continuous processing with measurement correction after installing a highly precise work measuring device.
NC Discharge Processing Machine
After machining, the next stage of processing is made possible in a short time by an arrangement of processing jigs.
It also enables the following:
• Prolonged operatorless processing by ATC.
• Finishing with a mirror surface via powder processing.
• Reduction of the number of electrodes and minimizing processing time by C-axis rotation.
